Q1:  I want to print my own custom scarves and others business, how can I get a quote?

A1:  Before offering a quote, please offer the information as below

1. Fabric, for printed scarves, our popular fabric is silk twill. According to your usage or target price, our sales will offering you.

2. Design, digital printed.

3. Size, what is the size of your scarf ? Since the size will effect the prices, popular square scarf size are 90x90,110x110 or 140x140, 55x55, 60x60 or 70x70cm, oblong scarf size:55x175cm, 65x180cm, 68x190cm or can be customized.  

4.Quantity, the prices and printing method are based on the quantity.

 

Q2: What kind of files you accept and How can I sent them ?

A2: Formats: JPG,JPEG,PDF,AI,TIFF,PSD files are all good.

Resolution: 150 DPI (better 300 DPI) at least with close or same size as finished scarf. 

Color: our printers will adjust the color according to the digital files you provide.

All designs can be sent through Dropbox or Wetransfer to our email address.

 

Q3: Do you have a minimum order for custom scarves and sample cost ? 

A3: Commonly the minimum quantity of digital print: 50pcs/design, if total qty can reach like 200pcs, 20pcs/design or less is good, digital print sample cost: 20-30 usd/design according to the size.

 

Q4: Are there colour or production limitations we need to be aware of?

A4: For digital print, there is no color limitations, colors also don't influence the price.

 

Q5: What is your approximate turnaround time for production?

A5: Digital print sample needs 7-10 working days, mass production: 20-25 working days according to the quantity. 

 

Q6: What is your return policy on reject/faulty scarves? 

A6: Before packing or shipping the scarves, we have our QC team to check scarf one by one, but it is still hard to make sure no defective one at all, if you find any defective scarf, it can be refund or reprinted and no need return the scarves back. 

 

Q7: What is your payment term and how your assure the scarf quality after you get the payment ?

A7: For samples, if you worried, you can make payment through Paypal assurance, it is safe for you, nothing you will lose if you don’t get the good quality scarves.

 

Q8: What is your policy on protection of Copyright?
A8: We have strict rules to keep your designs safe, each sales who service you will responsible for the safe of your designs, if any designs leak out, we know who should take the responsibility, after order finished, if you need, we can delete all your designs, but same time, we will delete all the printing record, it will effect the color of repeat order.

 

Q9: How is everything started after details like fabric ,prices confirmed ?

A9: We will start printing a sample for quality check first, it basically need 7-15 days, shipping will take about 3-5 days according to your address, after sample confirmed, then mass production can be started, we will follow the color and quality of the samples, mass production always takes about 20-30 days according to quantity and how complex the order is.
